What's inside

  • Start HereYour welcome page: a 3-step setup checklist, how the tabs fit together, a guide to every tab with clickable links, and the color legend.
  • MileageYour trip log, with room for 1,000 drives. Type the date, where from and to, the purpose, the vehicle and the one-way miles; tick Round trip to count the miles twice. Total miles, the deduction and the month fill in.
  • SummaryYour tax year at a glance: trips, miles and deduction for each month, then by purpose and by vehicle. Leave the year blank for the current tax year, or type a year to look back.
  • SettingsSet up once: your business name, your mileage rate per mile, the month your tax year starts, and your lists of vehicles and purposes.

  1. Open your copy's Start Here tab.
  2. Settings: your business name, mileage rate, tax-year start, vehicles and purposes.
  3. Mileage: log your first drive.
  4. Summary: see your tax year and print it.

  • Works in any browser on a computer, tablet or phone. Setup is easiest on a computer.
