Where do I buy?
On our Etsy shop. Each template page here has a Buy on Etsy button. Checkout on this site is coming soon.
What do I get?
A START-HERE PDF with two Make a copy buttons (a ready-to-use copy and a Sample copy filled with example data) and a step-by-step PDF guide.
Do I need Excel?
No. These are Google Sheets templates: you need a free Google account. They aren't Excel files.
Does it work on my phone?
Yes, in any browser or the Google Sheets app. Setup is easiest on a computer.
Are there scripts, add-ons or a subscription?
No. Everything runs on standard Google Sheets formulas. Buy once and it's yours.
Can I change the currency or time zone?
Yes. Prices show in US dollars and dates use US Eastern time by default; the guide shows how to change both.
Is the tax set-aside tax advice?
No. It's an estimate to help you save. Sales tax isn't included. Check with a tax professional for your situation.
Can I share it with my team or a friend?
Each purchase is for one person or one business. Please don't resell or share the template or its links.
Can I get a refund?
Because these are digital files, returns aren't accepted. If something isn't working, contact us and we'll help.
I'm a real estate photographer. Does it work for me?
Yes. The Command Center, CRM and Pricing Calculator have a Real Estate mode with listing-photo session types, square-footage pricing tiers and add-ons.
